Sound like work for experts? You bet!
Since 1975, we have worked on some of the most beautiful buildings in the area. Our reputation for excellence in wall system installation is based on experience, product knowledge, attention to detail, and most importantly service to our customers.
We are a certified exterior insulating finish system (EIFS) installer for Sto, Dryvit, Senergy, Total Wall, and Parex systems. We have all insurances necessary for the installation of EIFS by virtue of being an Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI) certified EIFSmart contractor with more than forty percent of our workforce being individually certified. Robert Aird himself is one of the two national trainers for this certification. We are a bondable company, and upon request we can furnish a letter of intent to bond to any customer who needs one. We have ABAA Certified Staff, and Robert A. Aird, Inc. is one of less than a dozen nationally certified contractors able to work on an ABAA job.
In addition to EIFS, we install gypsum, cement, and venetian plasters. We also have installed walls of real fieldstone, as well as faux stone. Our company has also become the vanguard into the secondary weather resistant barrier industry for commercial buildings.
All of our men are in-house, hourly employees. We use no labor subs, and have no piece workers. Our workforce is approximately one hundred men, and all of our foremen are trained in CPR and First Aid, as well as being OSHA card-carrying competent scaffold builders.
