In 2022, Robert A. Aird, Inc. completed a comprehensive EIFS façade restoration at Stella Apartments in Hyattsville, Maryland. The project involved rehabilitating and upgrading existing exterior cladding systems using a modern Parex EIFS assembly to improve long-term performance, weather resistance, and energy efficiency.

The restoration required detailed evaluation of existing substrates, coordination with adjacent building envelope components, and careful sequencing to minimize disruption within an occupied residential community. Work was performed in phases to maintain building operations while addressing deteriorated façade conditions.
