Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center

2012

In 2012, Aird, Inc. contributed to the development of Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge, VA—a prominent lifestyle center featuring major retailers like Apple and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. Our scope of work encompassed the installation of a high-performance air and water barrier system, ensuring the building envelope's durability and energy efficiency. Following this, we applied an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) to provide thermal insulation and a weather-resistant exterior. To enhance the aesthetic appeal, we crafted custom faux stone finishes, delivering the appearance of natural stone while benefiting from the lightweight and cost-effective properties of synthetic materials. This combination of systems resulted in a visually striking and energy-efficient façade that aligns with the client's vision and the building's functional needs.
Our work at Stonebridge exemplifies Aird, Inc.'s commitment to delivering high-quality building envelope solutions that blend performance with aesthetic appeal.
