Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center
2012
In 2012, Robert A. Aird, Inc. performed air and water barrier installation across multiple buildings at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge, VA. Due to varying construction types and design conditions, multiple systems were utilized, including Henry Blueskin® SA self-adhered membrane, Henry Air-Bloc® 33 fluid-applied barrier, and Sto Gold Coat® fluid-applied air barrier.
Each system was installed and detailed to ensure continuity at transitions, penetrations, and substrate changes, maintaining the integrity of the building envelope across all structures.
Following the air barrier installation, Aird installed EIFS and custom faux stone finishes to complete the exterior façades. This coordinated approach delivered a durable, energy-efficient enclosure while achieving the project’s architectural vision across the multi-building development.
