Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)

This data center project in Ashburn, Virginia involved the installation of a high-performance EIFS façade system at a large-scale, mission-critical facility. Robert A. Aird, Inc. installed StoTherm ci assemblies at select architectural façade areas, including rooftop screen walls and the main entrance, to provide continuous insulation, thermal performance, and clean architectural detailing.

The system was integrated with tilt-up concrete wall panels and designed to deliver a durable, lightweight cladding solution that met the performance and coordination demands typical of data center construction.
