In 2018, Robert A. Aird, Inc. completed the exterior façade work for the Cambria Hotel Arundel Mills–BWI Airport, located at 7700 Milestone Parkway in Hanover, Maryland. The project featured the installation of a high-performance Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) complemented by specialty metallic coatings. This innovative approach successfully replicated the sleek, contemporary appearance of metal panels while offering the cost-effectiveness, energy efficiency, and design flexibility inherent to EIFS.
