In 2018, Robert A. Aird, Inc. contributed to the construction of Expectation Church’s new 40,000-square-foot facility in Fairfax, Virginia. As the EIFS subcontractor, Aird, Inc. installed a high-performance exterior insulation and finish system that provided both energy efficiency and a modern aesthetic. The project featured a large worship center designed for multimedia presentations and live performances, requiring precise coordination and craftsmanship. The result is a visually striking, durable building envelope that supports the church’s mission and enhances its presence in the community.
