As the EIFS subcontractor, Aird, Inc. applied a high-performance exterior insulation and finish system that contributed to the building's sleek, modern aesthetic and energy efficiency. The project encompassed 398 luxury apartment units, over 11,000 square feet of retail space, and multiple outdoor terraces, including a rooftop pool and lounge area.
