In 2019, Robert A. Aird, Inc. completed the exterior façade work for the TRU by Hilton Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland, utilizing an innovative application of Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) combined with specialty metallic coatings. This approach successfully replicated the sleek, contemporary appearance of metal panels while delivering the cost-effectiveness, energy efficiency, and design flexibility inherent to EIFS.
